There’s something interesting about 10/10 this year.
October 10 is often seen in numerology and spiritual practices as a symbolic date for new beginnings and intention-setting. And this year, it also happens to fall on a New Moon — the beginning of a new lunar cycle.
Whether or not you believe in portals, numbers or lunar energy, there’s something valuable about having a moment that makes you stop and check in with yourself.
Because sometimes a fresh start isn’t a new job, relationship or city.
Sometimes it’s deciding to stop feeding a thought that exhausts you.
To respond differently to something that usually triggers you.
To finally begin what you’ve been postponing.
Or simply to make more room for yourself.
Where does healing fit in?
Healing isn’t always about fixing something that feels wrong.
Sometimes it’s about creating enough quiet to recognise what you actually want next.
Meditation, sound healing, journaling or energy healing can become ways to slow down, reconnect with yourself & bring more awareness to the intentions you’re setting.
So this 10/10, instead of making a long manifestation list, try something simpler:
What do I want to leave behind?
What do I want to begin?
And what is one small thing I can actually do differently?
Because a new beginning doesn’t need to be dramatic.
Sometimes it begins with one decision you’re finally ready to make.
Have you ever felt happy with where you are in life, yet quietly wished for something more?
